Privacy Policy
This policy explains how LLC «Horonda Park» handles information when you contact Horonda Platform or choose to enable optional website analytics.
Who is responsible for this website.
LLC «Horonda Park», registration number 45195398, Soniachna St., Horonda, Mukachevo district, Zakarpattia 89656, Ukraine, is the contact entity for this website and its inquiry handling. Privacy requests can be sent to info@horonda.com.
What we process.
The contact form may collect your name, email address, organization, area of interest, message and the page from which you contacted us. Website delivery and security systems may process technical request data such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps and requested URLs. Minimal first-party measurement counts short-lived sessions, pages, broad device category, country, consent choices and privacy-safe funnel steps without storing IP addresses, form content or a persistent cross-session profile. If you allow extended analytics, Google Analytics and PostHog may additionally process pseudonymous usage information. We do not intentionally send form-field values or message content to analytics systems.
Why the information is used.
Inquiry data is used to assess and respond to your request, route it to the relevant project team and, where appropriate, take steps toward a potential business relationship. Technical data is used to deliver and secure the website, prevent abuse and diagnose failures. Minimal first-party measurement is used for aggregate operation and funnel statistics. Extended Google Analytics and PostHog measurement is used only with permission. Depending on applicable law, processing relies on your request before a potential contract, legitimate interests in managing B2B inquiries and essential website measurement and security, legal obligations, or your consent. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Service providers and transfers.
Authorized Horonda and NSV Group project personnel may receive inquiries where needed to respond. Cloudflare supports website delivery and security. Resend transmits contact-form emails. After analytics consent, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and PostHog in its US region, provide measurement services. These providers may process data outside Ukraine or the European Economic Area under their own contractual and transfer safeguards. See the Cookie Policy, Google Privacy Policy, PostHog Privacy Policy, Resend Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
How long information is kept.
The first-party measurement session expires after 24 hours; raw first-party event records are retained for no longer than 30 days before deletion or aggregation. The site retains your extended-analytics preference for 180 days unless you change it earlier. Inquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a relevant project conversation, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal requirements. Security logs and provider analytics records follow the applicable service configuration and retention controls.
Access, correction and withdrawal.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability where relevant. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time through Privacy settings in the footer; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. Send requests to info@horonda.com; we may ask for enough information to verify and locate the relevant records.
Changes to this policy.
We may update this policy when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where required, through a renewed consent request.
